I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and charming in an 'old world' style, perfect for the area, with great views. The hotel offers a charming view across the rooftops to the towers of the Grossmunster, with tastefully old-style rooms, albeit a bit small. My room, while tiny, was super clean and boasted a very nice bathroom. The service was superb with all clerks being exceptionally friendly and providing excellent recommendations, fluent in multiple languages. The location is ideal, near the river and a short walk from the impressive shopping district, making it perfect for exploring historical sites and enjoying the serene pedestrian zone. Dining was a delight in the beautiful restaurant with the best experience I've had in Switzerland. Facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
